PAYMENT

I currently accept payment through PayPal or Google Checkout. You do not need to join PayPal but you do need a credit or debit card.
Maine residents will be charged a 5% sales tax when they check out through PayPal.
Sorry, I don't accept checks or money orders at this time.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are a flat $5.75 for packages to the US & Canada, and flat $10.60 for all other international orders.

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. I do my very best to get all packages out as soon as possible, and under normal circumstances all orders ship the same day or the next day.

If you're in a hurry and you'd like to upgrade to Express shipping, I'm happy to do that for you for an extra charge - contact me and I'll figure out how much it is for your order.  Since I ship within 1 day I can usually get it to you very quickly if shipped Express.

 

SECURE PACKAGING

All of my fine art prints are shipped in clear archival bags sandwiched between 4-ply recycled archival boards. Canvas gallery wraps are shipped in sturdy boxes. All of my prints are shipped flat, never rolled.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I'm happy to offer international shipping on all of my products. I ship all print & card orders within 1 business day, and most make it to their destinations quickly, but occasionally a package may take additional time to get to you if it happens to get stuck in customs.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, TARIFFS, DUTIES, ETC. THAT YOUR PURCHASE MIGHT INCUR AT YOUR COUNTRY'S BORDER.

I do not collect these fees or have any way to calculate what these fees might be for you. Rocky Top Studio is not responsible for these charges in any way, they are an inherent part of purchasing internationally. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Sorry, but returns will not be accepted if you refuse a package because you do not want to pay these fees. You should expect and be prepared for a duty fee with any international package.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Lost packages are very rare, but it can happen. A package will be considered lost if you have not received it within 3 weeks (for packages to the US) or 6 weeks (for international packages). I will replace lost packages at no charge after that amount of time has passed. Please feel free to contact me if your order hasn't come in a reasonable timeframe as I may be able to help you track it down.  All domestic packages ship with delivery confirmation - if you'd like your tracking number just ask.  Sorry, tracking is not available for international packages.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, I will refund 100% of your purchase price (minus any shipping charges) up to 14 days after the item is received. Custom orders & canvas gallery wraps may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

I ask that you pay for the return shipping and that the item is received in clean, like new condition. If it's my fault I will take care of everything with no hassle to you. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as I receive the item. Please send me a note first to let me know you're returning something so I'll know to check my PO box. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please let me know and I will send you a replacement.  If I've somehow messed up your order just send me a message and I'll get the correct goods to you asap, along with a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect items.
